Receptor Labs is a supplier of research-grade peptides to qualified researchers and laboratories in the United Kingdom. We operate exclusively as a research chemical supplier. Our products are not medicines, supplements, foods, or cosmetics.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

4. Research use only

All products supplied by Receptor Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that our products:

• are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application of any kind;
• are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic use;
• are not intended for use in food, drugs, or cosmetics;
  
• will be handled and used only under appropriate laboratory conditions by suitably qualified persons.

You further confirm that you have the appropriate qualifications, facilities, or intentions to conduct lawful research, and that you will not use, or permit the use of, any product in a manner that contravenes UK law or the law of your jurisdiction.

Our compounds are suitable for applications such as in-vitro experimentation, analytical reference, receptor-binding studies, and biochemical assay development. They are supplied for these and similar research purposes only.

You accept full responsibility for compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional safety policies governing the use of research materials in your jurisdiction. Receptor Labs accepts no liability for any misuse of its products.

5. Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and purity data are accurate at the time of listing. Product specifications may vary between batches. A certificate of analysis is provided with each order and reflects the specific batch supplied. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

6. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Receptor Labs, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice. We are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or duties imposed by your local jurisdiction.

7. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before our daily cut-off time the same working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. 8. Returns and replacements

Because of the nature of these materials, returns cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assess the claim. Replacements are provided for defects or transit damage only. Full detail is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Quality assurance

Our compounds are analysed by HPLC at an independent third-party laboratory, and are supplied with a batch-specific certificate of analysis. Material that does not meet specification is not dispatched. If, on reconstitution, a product appears cloudy or unusual, please cease use and contact us with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Receptor Labs Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use of this website

When using this website, you agree not to disrupt or interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to post, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, harmful, or defamatory material. We reserve the right to restrict or withdraw access to any user who breaches these Terms.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier or supply-chain disruption, technical failures, adverse weather, industrial action, or actions of regulatory or border authorities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Receptor Labs Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal costs, arising from your misuse of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Privacy and data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website and placing an order, you consent to our use of your data for order processing and fulfilment, customer service, and, where you have opted in, marketing. We do not sell your data.
