Due to the materials being research reagents, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. This is a safety and integrity measure: once a product has left our facility we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, so it cannot be returned to stock or resold. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number & photographs of the issue. We will review it & arrange a replacement or a resolution as appropriate.
